Dried Nettle Loose Leaves

With its slightly grassy and subtly peppery taste, nettle is something you don’t have to have just as a tea! It works great blended in smoothies, soups and stews and is great for a nutritional boost. 

To serve as a tea, simply add 1-2 tea spoons to your tea pot or infuser and allow to brew for 2-3 minutes. To add to a soup or smoothie, add your desired amount before blending.
